Our guild dps looks good for rest of heroic EN. That is probably either after Heroic Nythendra or 2Drakes.

Same old story.
Durothor was given a second chance.
I got to know her more. We grouped together, helped other guildies together.
I told her, that I will not have a problem with her as long as she will not go and start kicking guildies for no reason again. That kind of behavior really destroys our guild.
Basically here she replied to me, that as officer with history, if she thinks it is necessary to kick someone, it is.
Being friends with Durothor is not easy.
Example: she added me as a friend with Blizzard account, without asking me first. I accepted. Few days later, she got into argument and was called drama queen by Venom. I did not even say anything about it. She removed me as Bliz account friend anyway.
She is also quite delusional and has no grasp on reality. Someone from guild asked if we are doing mythic EN and we should do it, if we have 865+ people. (we have not yet passed the heroic even). She was like: "Me and Kohr", "Me and Kohr" (like signing up for EN Mythic), that was really childish and clueless.
With harder content, she started really suck as tank. She does not research tactics, neither understands what she has to do. Backlash from that is pretty hard on my emotions and makes me burn out, as it happens every single time. Duro starts sucking then Duro disconnects.
(Duro really sucked both times as tank in heroic EN 2Drakes).
Week later she comes up with these insane lies that she has done HC 2Drakes with her friends 3-4x. (in one week). If I asked her about it, she disconnected.
We go to Karazhan as 4/5 guild group. Duro starts dying (like 10x) and we cant pass 3rd boss. She has one of her tantrums and disconnects. Asks never to be invited anywhere again.
We get a new tank, and get it done with 1st (or 2nd) try. We clear all Kara bosses without Duro, to get the guild achievement.
But I do not care much about what pugs say. I think each person can learn the game at their own tempo. But she also looks totally incompetent to our clannies.
Despite all this, I was willing to put up with her. As long as she does not harm the guild.
But then today I hear this:
.Duro lost link in mythic, linkless Duro was replaced.
Duro gets back, kicks the 3 people she was grouped with out of the guild.
people on guild chat ask, what happened, why?
So Duro feels questioned and kicks 2 more people out, giving her usual wounded-pride nonsense.
That was the last straw for me.
She was warned by both of us and did not listen.
She has to go. She is bad for the guild.
P.S. I heard that she invited some of them back later, but this is still very bad. We can not afford that kind of situation , where some snot-ridden female teen with bad behavior has power over nice adult people.

Raid related drama explanation
Love my guild (House of Snakes)
Happy with people there, made lots of friends.
No beef with anyone.
I have been in every single Legion guild raid (but not only), participating and ending up organizing raids.
So here is some backstory:
We had invidual loot on, and what loaded for me was some Ilvl 850 shoulders, what I did not need.
So my mod Personal Loot Helper told that shoulders I got was upgrade for 3 people. But in all the spam I did not notice that. I was probably looking at something else. Later I checked log, the loot helper told all raid that shoulders that loaded for me - were upgrade for Durothor (Item Level 810) and other death knight (who had item lvl 860 in general), but that slot had Item Level 840. Also Durothor might have sayd on raid chat something like, yes, I need.. (dont remember the exact wording)
I did not notice the guild chat part, so when pub death knight asked me (with purple whisper) if I needed the shoulders, I was dumbfounded and thought that death knight had some shoulders loaded for him, and was asking me, if I needed them. (very thoughtful of him) So I asked him, "can you link them please?", thinking that I will compare them to mine first. He did not reply anything and after checking my inventory, I realized my mistake. I told him, ofcourse, you can have them. We traded and after he sayd: "Thank you very much, that was a big upgrade for me"). Then he left the group as raid was over.
Durothor then asked me about the shoulders too and I replied that I already gave them away. She went crazy over it, accusing me preffering pubs over my own clannies. I explained her everything,
that It was an accident, that I did not notice the raid chat and I did not ignore her on purpose. But she was really really nasty about it, calling it out on guild chat like: Do you know what Kohr just did? Gave shoulders to random pub, instead of me. She kept going, till even a clannie had to say that it was my shoulders and I could have done with them however I wanted to. I tried to calm the things down, profoundly apologized to her, explained to her again and again how it happened and that it was an accident. If I had all the information, I would have preferred my clanmate. I also told her, that in my opinion this case is closed now and she agreed, that case was closed.
Next raid boss (Spider-Bird) was planned on Sunday, so I had plenty of time to prepare. I wanted the things to go well, so I studied the raid tactics, watching several Youtube videos. Also, I wanted to see how other groups are doing it, so I joined many normal raid groups that were not yet done the boss. Didnt care about the loot, just wanted to provide good leadership. Also, that made me locked fully in Emerald Nightmare mode. That turned to be a problem, as when I formed the group (even I gave the leadership away), it still was saved at Xavius. We spent lots of miserable time trying to get to correct spot (Spider-Bird) but all disbanding and regrouping under different people did not help and at best, our raid was new fresh run. So our raid started 1.5 hours later, and we had to do 1st boss again. We did the 1st boss and spider-bird with 2nd try (I had several people joining from public also, as we were that few).
So, we were badly messily saved at normal and as people were asking me if we should do heroic mode, so I decided to try to lead heroic mode. Also I moved the event to 30 minutes earlier than usual. I decided that I will use the Invite Members button as usual, to invite all members (did it 8.33) and then opened to public, to search for missing people. We were short of 2 healers, 2 tanks and several dps. What happens, when you push invite members button, if they are already in group, is that they get some sort of notification, that they have been invited.
Deathvision asked me why I did invite him, as he just told me, that we talked earlier, and he already told me that he had only itemlevel 840 (blizzard suggest 860 for heroic mode actually), and I told him that I used autoinvite (invite members button). I also tried to invite everyone who wanted a invite on guild channel (like Xelioth). There was no whispers, that I noticed from Trippypanda, so to my memory, Trippypanda was not in raid group and if he was, I would NEVER EVER kick a nice friendly player like Trippy, whom I like a lot and we have been grouping a lot. It's totally absurd. What I am pretty sure of, that there was never any 2-sided-communication with Trippypanda that evening.
Alright. To Drama part 2.

As there were no volunteers, I promoted everyone to raid assistants. In middle of heroic Nythendra, I suddenly noticed lots of chatter in guild and officer channel, with someone called Illidania (that I did not know, who it was) asking me why I am kicking raid members like Trippypanda and replacing them with pugs in very harsh tone. I told that I did not do such a thing and I am busy in boss fight and will deal with it/answer it later. I might have been busy with healing and replacing members who left between the wipes, but that did not stop the Solasasho from arguing with Illidania. I do not know what it was all about, I do remember only what Solasasho told me later, something in lines of (he had copy-paste of what he sayd), and there I saw that he pointed only out that raid members should not be late or something like that. But that was not it... what happened was Illidania kicked Solasasho from clan, and as I learned later, also kicked several others from clan, including my raid member!!, who never sayd or had done anything offensive. I can not believe, that she would just kick people for being in my raid group (she refused to give me any reason) . If she had the power, she would probably have kicked me out as well.
But at that time, I was just really confused what just had happened, who is this Illidania person, so I started by asking an explanation why Solasasho was kicked on officers channel. I was still hoping to fix everything
"Looks like schooling of guild chat" - ok, there must have been some argument, lots of people hated them? I know that Solasasho might not have been the most popular guy, as he was outspoken and might have not been liked by everyone, but he was always there, on time, in my raid groups, contributing.
Ok, I am sure that noone was kicked, so what is this all about?

Ofcourse noone should kick guild members and take pugs instead.
But noone was doing that.
But kicking members out of the guild without good cause, not so sure.
I do not know what Xelioth exactly ment by that.
Illidania says that we talk when Trippy and wife of Trippy will be back to talk.
But I am still pleading for explanation. I am really suprised that a member gets kicked only by voicing their concerns/opinions, whatever they were. No officer should ever do that, without consulting with guild leader.
I was doing screenshots of chat log in haste, so I missed a part, but I was explaining that I used the invite all members button (that automaticly forms a correct raid group and is very convienent way to gather registered people) twice. People get notification, if they are online, and even if they already in a group. You can test it if you want.
But the same time I am chatting on officers, my raid group is falling apart. Does not matter, we already downed the 1st boss.
Xelioth says that he didnt see Trippy being kicked from raid group - but Illidania just decided to ignore that.
I am still trying the peaceful approach and make sense of things. I am voicing my opinion, that it was wrong to kick Solasasho, even if he was not really liked, and if he misspoke, he should have given warning first.
People were leaving and I had situation in my hands, so I called the raid over. Also now I realize, I am talking to an ALT of Durothor. And that really pisses me off, that he brings the shoulders thing up again. I thought we had agreement after I apologized for giving MY shoulders away to wrong person that the case is closed.
He still goes on and on (I thought it was he at the time) about his shoulders.
Ok, now I am trying to add Solasasho as friend, as I have to fix this and probably invite him back to guild, but I can not do that now, as I have to clear this up and talk to you (Venomcobra) first.
I am still trying to make sense of this.

At that point I thought that there is something wrong with Durothor/Illidania and I was thinking, perhaps she is totally drunk and does not know, what she is doing, so I asked her that. At least then it would make sense, what happened, and would have an excuse.
I was like, why did you kick Glaziko? (But the real question is, who else she kicked? Whats the damage?)
People got kicked, she is not giving an explanation, but rambling on about the loot.
Yes, we are family. Yes, I have gone even that far, that I organize a raid and lead a raid, when I am locked out and do not get any loot (just to help my clanmates). I am helping people, she is kicking people.
So I asked her, politely, if she was drunk?
She took it as offense. And here is something, what I realized only now, when I am writing this stuff. "When you dont invite people from guild." So, Trippy didnt notice/recieve an invite? there was no kicking from the group. I am pretty sure, I pushed the all-inivte button latest at 8.33 servertime. I even watched the clock, so I remember.
Also, I started to wonder how she got to be an officer? perhaps she is someone's girlfriend or wife or daugther or grandma :)
This person seems totally stupid and immature. People like this, should not hold any power. Seems my explanations did not help much.
Ok that is it. Basicly, if she is really important, close or dear person, kick me, to please her and thats the end of it. I can accept that. If she is not, her power to damage the guild and kick players must be removed. Demote her and her alts. Or kick her. Whatever you think is best. And we should invite the kicked players back imho.
